Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery within Retail Health. You will shape end-to-end technology roadmaps, lead Epic-centric teams, and partner with clinical and operational leaders to optimize outpatient care while reducing cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical degree preferred.
• 10+ years leadership in healthcare operations and Epic deployment.
• Proven track record with primary care, retail clinics, or value-based care.
• Executive presence and stakeholder partnership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with care delivery leaders to define care model strategy and enable safe outpatient care.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate clinical vision into scalable Epic-based roadmaps.
• Ensure end-to-end technology design and integration with Epic workflows.
• Establish shared metrics and drive continuous improvement in clinical quality and cost.
