• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in healthcare technology product management.
• Proven ability to partner with clinical and business stakeholders.

• Lead cross‑functional teams including product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers.
• Translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps and Epic/tech architectures.
• Manage end‑to‑end technology lifecycle from discovery to deployment and outcome realization.
