Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery within Retail Health. Remote Massachusetts-based role; you will shape technology roadmaps, manage a multidisciplinary team, and drive value-based care initiatives using Epic as the core platform.

You will partner with clinical and business leaders to deliver safe, high-quality outpatient care, reduce costs, and enhance patient and staff experience through scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic)
• Track record partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and care pathways

Responsibilities

• Partner with care delivery leadership to define end-to-end care models and ensure efficient, safe outpatient care delivery
• Lead cross-functional tech teams to surface how to enable care model strategy and execute product roadmaps
• Translate clinical ideas into rigorous problem statements, specifications, and Epic/tech architectures
• Oversee end-to-end technology design, requirements, and build; ensure real-time Epic workflows integration for clinicians
• Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement to meet clinical and financial goals
