Job summary

Canon Business Process Services is seeking a Print Operator to support on-site print center operations in Boca Raton. You will handle print job prioritization, output quality checks, and basic maintenance of copy/print equipment, while ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work overtime as needed. You will also generate monthly production reports and assist with center maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years experience in a print center.
• Familiar with general print center duties and basic equipment.
• Knowledge of machine operations from low to high volume duplicating equipment.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize and submit print requests according to complexity and urgency.
• Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and maintain service logs.
• Perform minor maintenance of reproduction equipment and resolve jams.
• Take daily meter readings and monitor print supplies inventory.
• Inform clients of ETA and resolve delays or issues to client satisfaction.
• Open/close the print center and keep the area neat and professional.
• Adjust image quality and create folders/directories for print-on-demand orders.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity and billing.
