You will also service copiers/printers, perform basic troubleshooting, take meter readings, manage supplies, and communicate estimated completion times to clients. The role includes light duties to keep the print center professional.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years experience in a print center.
• Familiarity with general job functions and basic printing processes.
• Knowledge of machine operations from low to high volume duplicating equipment.
• Proficiency with reproduction-related equipment and systems.

Aufgaben

• Review, prioritize and submit print requests from mainframe/mini/server/desktop according to complexity and urgency; ensure output matches instructions.
• Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and maintain logs of work submitted and completed.
• Perform minor maintenance of reproduction equipment by solving paper jams and placing service calls.
• Take daily meter readings of duplicating machines and monitor print supplies inventory.
• Inform clients of estimated completion times and resolve delays to the client’s satisfaction.
• Assist in opening/closing the print center and keeping the area neat and professional.
• Make image quality adjustments and create folders/directories for print-on-demand orders when using high-volume printers.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity and billing.
