Job summary

Canon Business Process Services, Inc. is seeking a Print Operator to provide exceptional service for client copy/print needs.

You will follow production processes to produce quality finished products using printing and binding equipment, and assist with basic troubleshooting for copiers and printers. Responsibilities include prioritizing print requests, delivering jobs on time, maintaining service logs, and supporting center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years experience in a print center.
• Familiar with reproduction-related equipment and systems.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize and submit print requests per complexity and urgency.
• Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and maintain logs.
• Perform minor maintenance on reproduction equipment and troubleshoot jams.
• Take daily meter readings and monitor supplies inventory.
• Inform clients of ETA and resolve delays or issues to client satisfaction.
• Assist in keeping print center neat and professional.
• Adjust image quality and manage print-on-demand folders when needed.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports for productivity and billing.
