Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years experience working directly in a print center.
• Familiarity with the general job functions and the detailed aspects of the job.

Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize and submit print requests from mainframe/mini/server/desktop according to complexity and urgency.
• Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and maintain logs of all work submitted and completed.
• Perform minor maintenance of reproduction equipment and solve paper jams; place service calls and clean regularly.
• Take meter readings of duplicating machines daily and monitor print supplies, stock paper and toners.
• Inform clients of estimated completion times and resolve delays or issues to client satisfaction.
• Help open/close the print center and keep the area neat and professional.
• Use printer software to adjust image quality and organize folders for on-demand orders.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity and billing.
