Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize print requests from multiple sources according to complexity and urgency.
• Deliver print jobs on time; maintain logs of submitted/completed work.
• Perform minor maintenance, clear jams, and arrange service calls as needed.
• Take daily meter readings and monitor print supplies inventory.
• Inform clients of completion times and resolve issues to client satisfaction.
• Help open/close print center and keep the area neat and professional.
• Adjust image quality and create folders for print-on-demand orders as required.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity and billing.
