Qualifikationen

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years experience in a print center.
• Familiarity with print center functions and basic job understanding.
• Knowledge of machine operations from low to high volume duplicating equipment.
• Proficiency with reproduction-related equipment & systems (fax, scanner, punches, staplers, inserters, folders, paper cutters, spiral-binding, velo-binders, stitcher and collaters).
• Ability to follow directives and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Review, prioritize and submit print requests from various sources according to complexity and urgency.
• Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and maintain service logs.
• Perform minor maintenance on reproduction equipment and place service calls.
• Take daily meter readings and monitor print supplies inventory.
• Inform clients of estimated completion times and resolve delays or issues to client satisfaction.
• Open/close the print center and keep the workspace neat and professional.
• Adjust image quality and create folders for print on demand orders when using high speed printers.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity and billing.
