Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-5 years experience in a print center.
• Familiarity with general printer/copier functions and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize print requests according to complexity and urgency.
• Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and maintain logs.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot for copiers and printers.
• Take daily meter readings and monitor print supplies.
• Inform clients of completion times and resolve service delays.
• Assist in opening/closing print center and keep area neat and professional.
• Adjust image quality and manage print on demand tasks.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports for productivity and billing.
