Job summary

You will follow production processes to produce quality, professionally finished products using print and finishing equipment. You will handle print requests, operate and troubleshoot devices, manage supplies, and prepare reports while ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years experience in a print center.
• Familiar with general print center tasks.
• Knowledge of high-speed duplicating equipment.
• Proficient with reproduction-related equipment (fax, scanner, punches, etc.).
• Close supervision with detailed instructions.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow directives and handle physical demands.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize print requests per urgency and accuracy.
• Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and log work.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshoot printers.
• Take daily meter readings and monitor supplies.
• Inform clients of completion times and resolve delays.
• Maintain a neat print center and assist with setup.
• Adjust image quality and manage on-demand print tasks.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports.
• Support additional site tasks as directed by site management.
