Job summary

Align Technology seeks a field-based Digital Platform Territory Manager to sell iTero intraoral scanners to general dentists and orthodontists in Texas. You will drive growth by applying a consultative, data‑driven sales approach and by collaborating with cross‑functional teams to modernize dental practices.

You will travel within the territory, manage the install base, and work toward adoption of Align solutions while meeting revenue targets and building long-term customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Knowledge of Dental industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to travel and lift up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales territory overlaying with an established Invisalign Region, serving as a business partner to modernize and grow the iTero install base.
• Use insights and a consultative selling approach to encourage adoption of digital processes and tools.
• Plan and execute a territory plan, identifying potential in each account and actively prospecting new iTero opportunities.
• Hunt for new sales opportunities with current non-customers to expand market penetration.
• Partner with other Align sellers, clinical support, and dental laboratories within your territory to maximize customer experience.
