Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to convert internet leads into onsite traffic and sales. The role requires handling online, chat, and phone inquiries while coordinating with onsite Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities include lead qualification, CRM data updates, and generating monthly sales/marketing reports. A HS diploma and 1–3 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 1–3 years of related experience or training.
• Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced sources.
• Provide a positive experience online, via chat, or by phone for potential customers.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports.
• Generate website traffic analyses and maintain knowledge of communities and plans.
