Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years Life Sciences experience focusing on lab operations or lab transformation.
• 3+ years leading project workstreams in consulting or industry.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory systems and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory transformation workstreams including digital lab modernization and LIMS implementations.
• Translate objectives into detailed delivery plans and roadmaps for lab operations.
• Manage day-to-day delivery across lab workstreams; ensure scope, timelines, and quality.
• Integrate quality, regulatory and validation considerations with SMEs.
• Serve as primary client contact at manager/director level; facilitate sessions and resolve issues.
• Coach consultants and contribute to BD activities and asset development.
• Support global Life Sciences orgs across R&D, QC, or manufacturing labs.
