Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Consultant in Governance, Risk, and Compliance to drive digital lab transformation in the Life Sciences sector. You will design and deliver lab system solutions (LIMS/ELN) and partner with clients to implement compliance-driven processes.

The role emphasizes leadership, complex problem solving, and delivering high-quality outcomes within a hybrid client-facing model. Travel up to 70% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years Life Sciences experience with GxP/compliance knowledge.
• 3-5 years with LIMS/ELN or Lab Automation systems.
• Programming ability in Python, LabWare LIMS Basic, SQL.
• Experience with instrument integration and enterprise systems integration.
• Experience implementing LabWare or LabVantage LIMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver one or more processes, solutions, or projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Lead Digital Lab Transformations and lab systems implementation projects.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable insights for C-suite and directors.
• Oversee program management activities related to Digital Lab Transformations.
• Define technical solution designs and guide client conversations.
