Job summary

EY's Life Sciences Transformation practice seeks a Manager to deliver laboratory modernization initiatives across R&D, QC, and manufacturing. You will lead lab operations and translate objectives into actionable delivery plans, applying digital enablement and compliant system implementations in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of Life Sciences experience focusing on lab operations or lab systems.
• 3+ years leading project workstreams in consulting or industry.
• Hands-on experience with lab systems (LIMS, ELN, LES) and lab data integration.
• Foundational knowledge of computer systems validation and data integrity in regulated labs.

Responsibilities

• Lead lab transformation workstreams including digital lab modernization and LIMS implementations.
• Translate client objectives into delivery plans and roadmaps for lab ops.
• Manage day-to-day delivery across lab-focused workstreams.
• Integrate quality, regulatory, and validation considerations into solutions with SMEs.
• Serve as primary client contact at manager/director level.
• Coach consultants and contribute to BD activities.
• Support proposals and laboratory transformation assets.
