Job summary
EY in the United States is seeking an experienced Manager in Life Sciences Transformation to lead laboratory modernization and LIMS implementations for regulated environments.
You will guide delivery across R&D, QA, and manufacturing labs, partnering with SMEs, and mentoring junior staff while shaping lab data integration strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years Life Sciences experience focusing on lab operations or transformation.
- 3+ years leading project workstreams in consulting or industry.
- Hands-on experience with LIMS, ELN, LES and lab data integration.
- Foundational knowledge of computer systems validation and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Lead lab transformation workstreams across R&D, QC, and manufacturing.
- Translate client objectives into delivery plans and roadmaps.
- Manage day-to-day delivery and ensure timelines, scope and quality.
- Incorporate quality, regulatory and validation considerations into solutions.
- Serve as a primary client contact at manager/director level.
- Coach consultants and support development of junior staff.
- Support business development and asset creation for laboratory transformation.
