Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior/Consultant in Governance, Risk, and Compliance to drive Digital Lab Transformations for Life Sciences clients. You will design operating models for digital labs, align processes with a digital transformation strategy, and deliver data strategies to enable agile operating models.

Travel up to 70% may be required. The role emphasizes deep LIMS/ELN expertise, leadership, and the ability to translate complex requirements for C-suite stakeholders, with a focus on risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years Life Sciences regulatory or risk management experience.
• 3–5 years working with LIMS/ELN/Lab Automation systems.
• Programming ability in Python and SQL.
• Experience with enterprise system integration (ERP, ELN, middleware, cloud apps).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Manage one or more processes/projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Lead delivery of Digital Lab Transformations for Life Sciences clients.
• Coordinate program management activities related to Digital Lab Transformations.
• Provide strategic expertise on business case and transformation strategies.
• Lead a diverse team of professionals and mentor team members.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable insights for executives.
• Serve as a technical authority on LIMS architecture and related tech.
