Job summary

EY is seeking a Life Sciences Risk Consulting Manager to lead laboratory transformation in R&D, QC, and manufacturing. You will guide digital modernization, LIMS implementations, and data integration while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable lab operations.

You will manage delivery across workstreams, mentor teams, and contribute to business development with client engagements and proposals. Hybrid in US locations, with strong emphasis on quality and safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years in Life Sciences with focus on lab operations or transformation.
3+ years leading project workstreams in consulting or industry.

Responsibilities

Lead laboratory transformation workstreams, including digital lab modernization and LIMS implementations.
Translate client objectives into detailed plans and execution roadmaps for lab ops and tech enablement.
Manage day-to-day delivery across lab-focused workstreams with timelines and quality goals.
Integrate quality, regulatory, and validation considerations with SMEs to ensure compliant solutions.
Serve as primary client contact at manager/director level; drive sessions and issue resolution.
Mentor consultants and support business development through proposals and assets.
