Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years Life Sciences experience, with emphasis on lab operations or lab transformation.
- 3+ years leading project workstreams in consulting or industry.
- Hands-on with laboratory systems (LIMS/ELN/LES) and lab data integration.
- Foundational knowledge of computer systems validation and data integrity for labs.
Responsibilities
- Lead lab transformation workstreams: digital lab modernization, LIMS implementations, operating model redesign across R&D, QC, and manufacturing labs.
- Translate objectives into detailed delivery plans, requirements, and roadmaps for lab operations and technology.
- Manage day-to-day delivery across lab workstreams, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality.
- Integrate quality, regulatory, and validation considerations with SMEs; ensure compliant without over-engineering.
- Serve as primary client contact at manager/director level; run sessions, status updates, and issue resolution.
- Lead and coach consultants and senior consultants; provide direction and feedback.
- Support business development: proposals, client presentations, and contributing to lab transformation assets.
