EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Life Sciences Risk to drive digital lab transformations, implement LIMS/ELN solutions, and guide clients through governance and compliance initiatives. You will shape operating models for digital labs, design data strategies, and deliver measurable business outcomes across consulting engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years Life Sciences experience including regulatory statutes or compliance programs.
• 3-5 years experience with LIMS/ELN or Lab Automation Systems.
• Programming ability (Python, LabWare LIMS Basic, SQL)
• Experience with instrument integration and ERP/ELN integrations.
• Experience implementing LabWare or LabVantage LIMS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate technical solution designs and lead discussions for Life Sciences clients.
• Architect transformative solutions with process owners and simplify implementations.
• Lead delivery across Digital Lab Transformations and data strategy.
• Serve as technical authority on LIMS architecture and client-change championing.
