Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Online Sales Concierge to manage inbound internet leads, schedule appointments with Sales Representatives, and maintain customer data in the CRM.

You will ensure a positive customer experience across online, chat, and phone channels and prepare monthly performance reports. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and/or one to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies.
• Ensure a positive experience to all potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone.
• Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives.
• Enter and update information in a customer management database.
• Generate monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis).
• Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of communities, product, plans and amenities.
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients.
• Conduct business professionally to increase goodwill and profit.
• Minimal overnight travel may be required for training purposes.
