Accenture is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support end-to-end sales for standardized cyber security solutions for U.S. mid-market clients.

The role involves digital channels, AI-enabled tools, and collaboration with Marketing to drive a robust pipeline and a smooth handoff to delivery. Responsibilities include managing opportunities from needs assessment to close, maintaining CRM records in Salesforce, and creating client-facing collateral with cyber security experts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales, digital sales or demand generation for tech, cloud or cyber security.
• 3+ years maintaining CRM records and pipeline data in Salesforce or equivalent; 3+ years selling contracts of $2M value.

Responsibilities

• Identify and progress cyber security sales opportunities through digital and social channels.
• Own the sales process for straightforward, well-defined cyber security solutions, from needs assessment to close.
• Collaborate with marketing to create cyber security points of view and multi-client outreach.
• Develop client-facing collateral with subject matter experts and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate client contacts, interaction history and pipeline in CRM; ensure timely communications.
• Leverage AI tools to source opportunities and personalize outreach.
• Ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery with Mid-Market Account Success Management.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and provide reporting on pipeline status and campaign performance.
