Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support end-to-end sales of standardized cyber security solutions for U.S. mid-market clients. You will drive digital selling, use AI tools, and work with marketing and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoff.

You will manage Salesforce records, progress opportunities via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and contribute to collateral development. Travel 0-80% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales, digital sales or demand generation for technology, cloud or cyber security, with experience supporting standardized solutions from initial contact through close.
• 3+ years strong CRM discipline, including maintaining accurate contact records, pipeline data and activity logs in Salesforce or an equivalent platform.
• 3+ years engaging with potential clients and clearly articulating a value proposition.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if associate's degree, 6+ years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital sales and opportunity identification: Identify and progress cyber security sales opportunities through digital and social channels, building a consistent pipeline of standardized solution opportunities across the U.S. mid-market.
• Support end-to-end sales of standardized solutions: Own the sales process from initial needs assessment through negotiation and close.
• Coordinate across marketing channels: Partner with marketing and campaign teams to share cyber security viewpoints and deliver messaging to U.S. mid-market audiences.
• Create client-facing content: Develop insight-led points of view and client collateral with cyber security experts and marketing.
• Manage client contacts and communications: Maintain records in Salesforce, ensuring timely communications and pipeline accuracy.
• Leverage AI and generative AI: Use AI-enabled tools to source opportunities and personalize outreach.
• Enable a smooth transition to delivery: Collaborate with Mid-Market Account Success Management for a documented handoff.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and reporting: Provide reporting on pipeline status and campaign performance.
