Qualifications

• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• NMLS registration and background/credit checks required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital self-service options.
• Open new accounts and process service requests.
• Provide exceptional client experiences with accuracy and operational excellence.
