Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to build trusted relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, delivering personalized counsel and a digital-first experience.

You will open new consumer and business accounts, assess customer needs, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while partnering with branch teams to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
