Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant in the United States to build relationships with customers across in-person, appointments, and digital channels, delivering trusted advice and guiding them through deposit and loan options.

You will open accounts, process service requests, educate clients on digital products, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure an accurate, efficient client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs and communicates effectively.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies to meet financial needs.
