Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: handle cash with 100% accuracy and follow security and audit standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to customer needs and match them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and balance efficiency with warmth in a high-volume setting.
