You will handle high-volume transactions with accuracy, educate customers on digital solutions, and identify goals to connect them with the right banking tools. This role emphasizes growth and an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain a compliance-first mindset.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Act as a First-Line Consultant to uncover goals and pair clients with digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and provide hospitality, balancing efficiency with a community focus.
