Job summary

Capital One in the Bethesda, MD and DC cluster seeks a Branch Ambassador to be the heartbeat of our space, delivering hospitality while guiding clients through digital tools. You’ll execute high-volume cash transactions with precision and educate customers on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.

You’ll listen for needs, match customers with the right banking solutions, and thrive in a fast-moving, human-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• 1 year retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• 6 months cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: handle high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen for client needs and pair them with appropriate digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and balance efficiency with a welcoming, community-focused approach.
