Job summary

Capital One Southampton is seeking a Branch Ambassador to deliver hospitality-centered service and guide customers through digital banking tools. You’ll handle high-volume cash transactions with accuracy and support a safe, compliant banking environment in a fast-moving, human-centric space.

You’ll educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposits, and contactless payments while identifying needs and connecting them with the right solutions. A flexible schedule and community focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• 6+ months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree and 2+ years of retail/customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support surrounding Branches within a 50 mile radius.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stay on your feet for extended periods.
