Merola Tile Distributors of America is seeking a Digital Commerce Manager to lead online operations and optimize performance across retail and marketplace partners. You will align digital processes with business goals, drive product visibility, and improve the digital shelf through data-driven strategies.

The role requires a senior level with deep experience in digital commerce, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in digital commerce, ecommerce, marketplace management, digital merchandising or omnichannel commerce.
• Experience leading and developing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience designing, improving, standardizing digital commerce processes, workflows, and measurement practices.
• Experience with retailer and marketplace portals, digital shelf, search and discoverability, and retail media.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize Digital Commerce operations to hit goals for online transactions, discoverability, and retailer execution.
• Design and standardize digital commerce processes, workflows, and performance measures.
• Develop and coach Digital Commerce team, set expectations, delegate, and evaluate performance.
• Increase online sample and product transactions across digital partners.
