Job summary

You will collaborate with marketing, IT, and product teams to optimize CMS/CRM-enabled platforms, oversee SEO/SEM campaigns, and drive growth while ensuring data privacy compliance and a strong vendor ecosystem. This role requires 8+ years in digital commerce and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital commerce or e-commerce management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Experience in wellness/health industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance brand presence online.
• Lead and manage the digital commerce team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution and team development.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and product teams to optimize digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experience and functionality.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to drive traffic and conversion rates.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
