You will lead GTM strategy, pricing, and monetization, while coordinating across product, marketing, design, and data analytics teams. The role focuses on transforming the enterprise buying journey, integrating ERP/CRM systems, optimizing conversion, and reducing CAC through data-driven CRO and scalable

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership across digital commerce, growth, or go-to-market strategies.
• Proven executive leadership scaling customer acquisition and digital growth.
• Experience building end-to-end digital commerce experiences and optimized purchasing journeys.
• Strong financial acumen with track record of driving revenue growth and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own digital P&L for the B2B ecommerce ecosystem and revenue growth.
• Define GTM pricing, packaging, and monetization across SaaS and fintech offerings.
• Drive customer journey optimization from acquisition to checkout and retention.
