Job summary

GCG Connectivity & Power Solutions is seeking a Digital Store Director to lead the performance and evolution of our digital storefront / eCommerce platform. You will own the customer journey from product discovery through purchase or RFQ, optimizing pricing, merchandising, and UX to turn digital traffic into revenue and qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years leading ecommerce or digital storefronts with revenue responsibility.
Proven track record improving conversion, A/B testing, and customer engagement.
Experience managing product catalogs, pricing, and online checkout workflows.

Responsibilities

Own online revenue, margin, conversion, and lead generation targets.
Develop strategies to grow digital revenue through assortment, pricing, and buying experience.
Optimize Buy Now and RFQ pathways using funnel analysis and A/B testing.
Lead product launches, catalog quality, and search visibility.
Partner with Sales to promote online ordering and RFQ tools.
Define KPIs and communicate performance to leaders.
Ensure platform stability, security, and fraud safeguards.
