Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Digital Pace Specialist AE to drive growth within existing accounts and expand our digital footprint across Marketing, Digital, and Ecommerce leaders.

You will partner with Core AEs to execute strategic plans, identify new opportunities, and deliver compelling business cases that align with customer objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams to weave a data-driven, omnichannel approach, manage a robust pipeline, and forecast with precision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B & SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
• Experience upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Understanding of MarTech, Commerce, data or digital ecosystem.
• You've sold to Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce buyers at the director level.
• You can build and deliver compelling presentations and business cases to customers.
• You can operate in a matrixed selling motion.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy, aligned to objectives.
• Partner with Core AE / Account Director on strategy and executive engagement.
• Perform account planning at assigned accounts with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs.
• Share Salesforce value tied to outcomes like personalization and data unification.
• Drive growth within accounts through opportunities, whitespace and cross-sell.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline with outbound prospecting and campaigns.
• Forecast accurately and maintain clean pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
