Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B & SaaS full-cycle sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage existing accounts for upsell/cross-sell and acquire new logos.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota, ideally as a specialist/overlay seller.
• Understanding of MarTech, Commerce, customer data, and the digital ecosystem.
• Experience selling to Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce buyers at director level+.
• Ability to build and deliver compelling presentations and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce leaders; drive satisfaction in assigned accounts.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy aligned to customer objectives.
• Partner with Core AE / Account Director on account strategy and executive engagement.
• Perform account planning with Prime and Cloud sales resources for strategic alignment.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
• Share Salesforce value tied to outcomes like personalization and revenue growth.
• Drive growth via new opportunities, expansion, whitespace and cross-sell across the Digital portfolio.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline via account mapping and joint campaigns.
