Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Digital Capabilities Operationalization Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of digital releases. You will facilitate planning, execution, and governance across marketers, strategy and testing leads, enabling agile delivery and strong stakeholder alignment.

You will remove obstacles, manage risks, and champion automation and AI-enabled improvements to streamline processes and improve reliability, with a growth-oriented, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile values and principles; apply Agile practices to drive predictable delivery.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery and releases with risk/issue management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to align delivery objectives, releases, scope, and dependencies.
• Own end-to-end delivery of digital owned-channel releases and deployments.
• Lead project/campaign execution using Agile principles.
• Manage change, risks, issues, and dependencies to improve speed and predictability.
• Coordinate stakeholders to maintain transparency and manage expectations.
• Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining productivity.
• Lead change management for releases and process improvements including communications and training.
• Build SME knowledge to remove impediments and resolve risks timely.
• Produce clear status reporting and metrics to drive actions and decisions.
• Champion automation and AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual effort and improve quality.
