Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading Martech operations or marketing technology transformations.

• Operationalize technology capabilities with defined use cases and adoption plans.
• Partner with Product and Technology to translate needs into platform work.
• Assess tools, workflows, data handoffs for simplification and automation.
• Drive AI enablement to boost productivity and quality.
• Lead cross-functional change management across multiple teams.
• Establish governance and performance metrics for adoption.
• Create executive-ready updates on impact, risks, and decisions.
• Build scalable playbooks and readiness materials for new capabilities.
