Job summary

Chase seeks a Digital Capabilities Operationalization Lead to drive end-to-end digital releases, coordinate cross-functional teams, and enable automation initiatives. You will partner with managers and strategy leads to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver on ambitious programs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong Agile practice, stakeholder communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile values in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with end-to-end delivery and releases/deployments.
• Familiarity with marketing channel delivery and campaign workflows.
• Proven stakeholder management and the ability to influence across audiences.
• Proven change management experience for releases and processes.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to align delivery objectives, goals, scope and dependencies.
• Own end-to-end delivery of digital releases and deployments (plan, execute, validate, follow up).
• Lead project/campaign execution using Agile principles.
• Manage changes, risks, issues to improve predictability and speed.
• Coordinate stakeholders to maintain transparency and address needs.
• Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining productivity.
• Lead change management, communications, readiness and enablement.
• Build SME knowledge to remove impediments and support risk resolution.
• Produce status reporting and metrics to drive action and decisions.
• Champion automation and AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual effort.
