Liberty FCU is seeking a Digital Banking Call Center Representative to support members via phone, chat, and email. The role emphasizes outstanding service, strong communication, and adherence to credit union policies.

You will handle online and mobile banking tasks for both consumer and business accounts, assist with transfers, deposits, and payments, and participate in rotating Saturday shifts with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Financial institution experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Digital Banking phone chat and email contact rotation while providing exceptional service to members.
• Perform online and mobile banking duties for both the consumer and business banking platform.
• Assist members with questions on ATM, debit, credit, and Reloadable Cards.
• Balance loan payments by check and debit card at the end of each night.
