Qualifications

• High school education or GED.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Completion of required training courses.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
• Knowledge of financial procedures, products, and services.
• Knowledge of call center and e-channel operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and work Banno, Webmail, C-View, and our digital message center.
• Provide assistance and, when needed, take over escalated research and follow up with members.
• Assist members through the online chat feature and answer general questions.
• Provide C-view support to Collections, Mortgage, E-services, and ITMs.
• Research and troubleshoot issues with Zelle, Architect, Bill Pay, and Eltropy.
• Open and close all accounts through the call center.
• Maintain knowledge of TBCU products, policies, and promotions.
