Job summary

The Essential-Credit-Union is seeking a Digital Banking Agent to provide high-quality service and technical support to members using the credit union’s digital channels. The role requires multitasking across chat, email, and secure messaging while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

The agent will assist with online banking navigation, online account openings, and troubleshooting of digital service products, collaborating with Digital Services and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma. Financial industry experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and multitasking skills for fast-paced digital channel support.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, consistent member support for Credit Union products via chat during set hours.
• Support members via online channels, including email and secure ticket systems.
• Maintain focus and data accuracy while switching between chat, email, and system alerts.
• Work productively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Online Banking, Bill Pay, Remote Deposits, External Transfers, Zelle, and related services.
• Document and route advanced technical issues or fraud concerns to the Digital Services Manager until resolved.
• Stay informed about Online Banking updates and product enhancements.
• Process new memberships and deposit openings via the online channel following procedures.
