You will help deliver a best-in-class member service experience and collaborate with colleagues to uphold the organization’s mission.

The role emphasizes strong listening and problem-solving skills, technical knowledge of digital products, and coordination with risk management to resolve fraud in digital channels.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate or technical school, or 3-6 months related experience or equivalent.
• Diploma or equivalent or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Experience in digital banking or payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides best-in-class service and increases member satisfaction.
• Uses listening and problem-solving to resolve member issues.
• Offers technical support for digital banking, mobile apps, ACH, Bill Pay, RDC, and Zelle.
• Balances and maintains GLs.
• Coordinates with external vendors (e.g., Bill Pay).
• Reviews remote deposit items for CAR/LAR or endorsement issues.
• Covers specialized desks: drafts/ATM settlement.
• Identifies process improvements and reduces risk.
