Job summary

AllSouth Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Applications Specialist to join the Digital Services Team. The role collaborates with technology vendors, internal stakeholders, and operational teams to implement new solutions, troubleshoot issues, enhance the member experience, and protect against fraud and cybersecurity risks.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of member service experience with a core database system, preferably in a financial institution (Fiserv, DNA system experience preferred).
• Careful attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance digital banking platforms (online banking, mobile banking, and alerts).
• Monitor member feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Test new features and system updates; document results and support implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and maintain effective digital services.
