Job summary

Capital One National Association is hiring a Part-Time Café Ambassador in Uptown Dallas to act as the face of the company’s mission—bridging digital banking with human connection. You will engage guests in a high-energy, community-centric space, advocating Capital One’s products through conversation rather than sales quotas.

You will guide customers through our digital ecosystem, assist with mobile tools, and support local events that promote financial health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree and 2+ years of banking or customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a Natural Connector by engaging guests in a high-energy, community-focused environment.
• Serve as a Brand Advocate, discussing Capital One’s products through conversation rather than sales quotas.
• Guide customers through Capital One’s digital tools and mobile apps, helping with troubleshooting.
