Job summary

Capital One is hiring a Part Time Branch Ambassador in Dallas, TX. You will be the face of our customer-centric culture, delivering hospitality while guiding clients through digital tools and banking solutions in a fast-paced branch environment.

You’ll handle high-volume cash activities with accuracy, educate customers on mobile and digital features, and help them achieve their financial goals in a welcoming, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Guardian of trust & accuracy: perform high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and uphold compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML and federal standards.
• Digital concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• First-line consultant: listen to customers’ needs and match them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• Hospitality lead: greet customers and balance efficiency with a warm, community-focused approach.
