Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in G-Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for Capital One products through conversation, not quotas.
• Guide customers through digital tools and mobile apps.
