Capital One is seeking a Digital Banking Ambassador to serve as the face of our digital banking initiatives at the Chicago area cafés. You’ll bridge digital tools with human connection in a vibrant community hub, guiding guests through the digital ecosystem while promoting Capital One’s products through conversations, not transactions.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, events, and customer advocacy in a fast-moving, on-site environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

Be a Natural Connector: Engage with guests in a high-energy environment that serves as a community space and a local coffee shop. You are a banking guide, not a barista.
Serve as a Brand Advocate: Share the value of Capital One’s products through genuine conversation, with no high-pressure sales goals.
Simplify the Complex: Guide customers through our digital ecosystem and mobile tools.
Facilitate Purposeful Impact: Host events promoting financial health in partnership with programs and community partners.
Advocate & Problem-Solve: Support customers, resolve issues in line with compliance and de-escalate when needed.
Act as a Culture Carrier: Create an inclusive environment where guests feel welcome and stay adaptable.
