Capital One Ross Park Mall is seeking a Café Ambassador to act as a banking guide and brand advocate in a vibrant community space. You’ll help guests explore digital tools, understand Capital One products, and foster meaningful connections rather than sales transactions.

The role emphasizes customer experience, hospitality, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while supporting community financial health initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of retail, sales or customer service experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a natural connector by engaging guests and guiding them through digital tools.
• Share Capital One’s products and services through conversation, not hard selling.
• Assist guests with mobile apps and troubleshooting digital banking tools.
• Host and support local events to promote financial health and community engagement.
• Advocate for customers and assist in issue resolution in line with compliance.
